5. Generated Content

Script2Sell uses AI to generate product descriptions and other content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or compliance of AI-generated content with applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagano, Japan.
